Selena Gomez, an actress and a singer with a huge following internationally. The Disney series Wizards of Waverly Place is one of her biggest success productions. Selena Marie Gomez, her full title is. Selena Gomez, born Grand Prairie in Texas on July 22 the 22nd of July, 1992. The parents of Selena are Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez. Selena's mother was just 16 an old when she came into the world. Her first professional stage show job at the age of nine as she was Gianna as Gianna in Barney and her Friends. She became one of those kids who played with the world's best-known human-like dinosaur in the form of a purple. Selena was a part of the cast for a number of seasons of Season 7 and 8, from 2001 to 2003. Selena wasn't the only one to sing on Barney And His Friends and Demi was also on the show of the show at the time. Selena Gomez left the show and auditioned in several other films and programs however, she did not achieve the most success. After the departure of the show Selena was able to audition for a variety of roles in different programs and films but was not very successful. The film also gave her the role of Emily Grace Garcia in the 2006 Brain Zapped program for which she composed a tune.
